There is a wide variety of 15 floor plans with options and features such as bay windows, fireplaces, and covered patios offered to the discriminating buyer. Decorating options, color choices, upgrades, and other design information is available in the unique SunRiver St. George Design Center.
SunRiver St. George also offers a Vacation Model for prospective residents to stay in and experience the active adult lifestyle that their residents enjoy. Vacation Models packages start at $169 for a two night, three day stay and includes discounted prices on golf, free hot breakfast, use of the Community Center, and the use of a golf cart.
